The Mechanism of Knowledge Co-creation under Open Innovation

Under open innovation of knowledge co-creation is the process that network members with heterogeneous knowledge get together and adjust their knowledge subsystem,so as to realize heterogeneity knowledge to wander and to integrate in the network.It includes two patterns of inbound creation and external co-creation.Based on the analysis of the connotation,types and influencing factors of co-creation,the article puts forward that some measures should be taken from activation,mobilization and motivation,construction of knowledge integration system,and cultivation of knowledge integration ability to promote knowledge co-creation.
