Study on anti-alcohol mixture in alleviating the alcohol intoxication in mice

Objective:To study the effect of anti-alcohol mixture in alleviating the alcohol intoxication in mice.Methods:To observe the effect of anti-alcohol mixture on shinnying-function,over-turn function and sleep in mice.Ethanol-induced spontaneous activity,sleep-time and acute intoxication in mice were used for the effects of gegen mixture.Results:Anti-alcohol mixture could alleviate ataxia ability significantly,decrease the frequency of spontaneous activity of mice,postpone the time of sleeping latency and shorten the duration of drunk in mice.Conclusion:Anti-alcohol mixture could alleviate the alcohol intoxication.
