Influence of particle size adjustment on the properties of bonded NdFeB magnets

By arranging the percentage of two NdFeB powders with different particle size,the effect of particle size adjustment on the density and the magnetic properties was investigated.The results indicate that the addition of small size powder can improve the density of bonded magnets.Appropriate percent of small size powder can remarkably improve the properties of bonded magnets.All kinds of properties decrease with the increase in the percent of small size powder.
