AI-BASED DIGITAL MICROFLUIDICS FOR RAPID AND AUTOMATIC DIGITAL NUCLEIC ACID ANALYSIS

Digital nucleic acid analysis (NAA) is vital for disease detection.Existing digital NAA methods lack automation and speed.We introduce AM-DMF-ddRPA, a rapid and automated method.It can quantify influenza A and B viruses in 60 minutes from extraction to analysis.A digital microfluidic chip was fabricated and optimized.With an AI algorithm, high-throughput droplet operations were achieved.
