摘要
The characteristics of dual-redundancy permanent magnet synchronous motor (DRPMSM) determine that it can be used in situations with higher reliability requirements. When one of two set of winding broke down, it can be switched to a single operation mode and its vibration has new characteristics. The composition of radial magnetic flux density in air gap was deduced and Fourier expansions of radial electromagnetic force (RMF) on the inner surface at stator yoke for 24s22p were derived. After the electromagnetic and structural finite element models of the motor were established, the short current curve could be obtained by combined simulation of Simplorer and Maxwell and the analysis about modal and harmonic response were carried out. The simulation results show that under the same copper consumption, the amplitude of stator vibration in one set with short circuit is smaller than that of two sets, and the vibration don't get worse.
