摘要
This paper introduces the basic principle and calculation steps of the principal component analysis algorithm, and applies it to evaluate the quality of milk. Stored in different time of milk as an example: Using electronic nose to collect the volatile components of milk. The principal component analysis algorithm of electronic nose identification analysis software to classify different storage time of milk. Under the condition of Matlab, the principal component analysis algorithm is programmed. It is proved that the method of principal component analysis is effective in determining the quality of milk when the influencing factors are more, and the correlation between the factors is larger.
