Осложнения и причины летальности первичных некротизирующих системных васкулитов

The article reviews the clinical symptoms, main complications and causes of mortality in patients with primary systemic necrotizing vasculitis (granulomatous polyangiitis, microscopic polyangiitis, eosinophilic granulomatous polyangiitis, polyarteritis nodosa) during the first three years of the disease. Patients with granulomatous polyangiitis and polyarteritis nodosa had the highest index of damage and more frequent formation severe complications.
