摘要
With the continuous advancement of industrial automation and intelligence, the stability and safety of factory power supply systems have become increasingly important. Zinc oxide surge arresters, as highly efficient overvoltage protection devices, play a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of power supply systems. This paper explores in depth the basic principles, characteristics, and applications of zinc oxide surge arresters within factory power supply systems, and systematically studies the theoretical foundation and implementation methods of their online monitoring. By designing and implementing an online monitoring system for zinc oxide surge arresters, the aim is to enhance the reliability and maintenance efficiency of the power supply system. The paper begins with an introduction to the working principles and key characteristics of zinc oxide surge arresters, followed by an analysis of the necessity and basic principles of online monitoring. Based on this, the hardware and software design of the online monitoring system are elaborated in detail, and the practical application effects of the system are demonstrated.
