摘要
When the traditional calibration methods of measurement instruments are applied, these measurement instruments need to be transmitted to a higher-level validation body for calibration. During transportation, many unknown factors will lead to additional errors that cannot be measured. Remote calibration effectively solves the problems of long calibration cycle and additional error generation. This Review summarizes research achievements made in the field of remote metrology. By comparing the existing remote calibration methods, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Combined with the previous work of the research team, the application scenarios of the future remote value transmission and traceability technology are proposed.
