Label-free ratiometric fluorescence detection of Pb2+via structure-specific fluorescent dyes and dual signal amplification

A ratiometric fluorescent biosensor for the detection of Pb 2+ was successfully constructed by fully utilizing the solid loading of magnetic beads and the shearing effect of Pb 2+ . The sensor has good selectivity and high accuracy.
