摘要
In this study, cryogenic rolling was employed to introduce nanotwins into Fe-Mn-C-xAl (x = 0, 3) high manganese steel in order to enhance its yield strength. The yield strength of 0Al and 3Al steels were improved after cryogenic rolling, and the yield strength reached 1079 MPa and 961 MPa, respectively. Furthermore, excellent ductility was achieved after tempering without any reduction in strength, and the ductility of 0Al and 3Al steels were 23.6 % and 14.9 %, respectively. The effect of Al addition on the mechanical properties was investigated and the strengthening contribution mechanism is discussed.
