摘要
This paper explores how artificial intelligence can be used to improve the end outcomes of the training being given to employees, transforming them into valuable human resources in organisations. Moreover, Paradigm-shifting changes and breakthroughs in technology, inventions, and other innovations need organisations to constantly upskill their personnel to create the next market disruption for their cause. Businesses demand that their training materials and methodology be comparable and that the programs be developed to stimulate workers to learn and keep them involved in the training processes researchers will use the method of bibliometric analysis from (2002 - 2024) from the SCOPUS 184 document Data It allows readers to track the evolution of the topic of AI in training and development, allowing future researchers to establish the scientometric landscape of research into the topic. This research adds to the body of knowledge in human resources by shedding light on how AI may help businesses and organisations turn their workforce into highly skilled and valued human resources.
