Discussion on Environmental Protection Measures and Construction Mode of Flue Gas Desulfurization in Huangpu Power Plant

In order to preserve ecological environment and enhance economic benefits,existing No.1~4 oil-fired units and No.5~6 coal-fired units will be replaced by two 600 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units in Huangpu Power Plant.This paper describes the measures in the project that aims at minimizing the impact of exhaust gas,waste water and residue on the environment,and introduces the E+P+C(engineering + procurement + construction) pattern for the flue gas desulfurization(FGD) project along with the advantages thereof,thereby supplying reference to modern coal-fired power plants with high capacity.
