English Applied Linguistics in China from the Perspective of Domains of Applied Linguistics

This paper introduces the domains of applied linguistics and explains a few important domains in detail. The paper then examines the teaching and research of English applied linguistics in China from the perspective of those domains, with the purpose of offering reference to those who are engaged in English applied linguistics syllabus design or those who do research in the discipline in China.
