Advances in Research on Oncogene and Tumor Suppressor Gene

Discoveries and researches of oncogene and tumor suppressor gene is a milestone in the history of tumor research. It indicated that tumor research had entered into ″molecule era″. It is possible to illuminate the relationship between the alteration of the structure expression regulation function of genes and tumor formation which is of great significance in theory and practice. In this article the advance of researches on oncogene and tumor suppressor gene were reviewed.
