The author points out that supply chain integration is of great significance to the improvement of supply chain enterprises' competitive advantages and performance.The author also analyzes supply chain integration in terms of exogenous comparative,resources-oriented competitive advantage theory and capability-oriented competitive advantage.In the light of fierce competition,the enterprises should have diverse capacities,such as capacity of learning and environment management.
