Simulation on Dynamical Characteristics of Hydraulic System of a New Kind of Slotting Machine

On the basis of analyzing the deficiency of original hydraulic system of a new kind of slotting machine,the necessity of improving the hydraulic system was pointed out by means of numeral simulation.Aimed at feeding hydraulic system of the slotting machine,a dynamic mathematical model was established by power bond graph,and numeral simulation on the dynamical properties of the system was investigated with the MATLAB software.Influence law of primary technology parameters of the feeding hydraulic system on dynamic characteristics of the system was expounded and improved feeding hydraulic system was accomplished.
