Study on the extraction process for paeonifiorin in Xiaoyao solf capsules with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis

Aim To study the extration process for paeonifiorin in xiao yao salfcapsulae with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis getting outrate by using content of paeoniflorin and glycyrrhetic acid as index.Methods Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis were extracted by the orthogonal design.Results The optimum condition for the extraction of Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis was decocted with 8 times amount of 80% Ethanol for 3 times and each time for 2.0 h.Conclusion This method is good and simple.
