Objective To explore Protection effects and its mechanism of phytoestrogens resveratrol on MPP+ induced MES 23.5 cell injury.Methods Culturing Black rat dopaminergic neurons cells(MES23.5),divided into three groups: control group,MPP+ treatment group,resveratrol pretreatment group,respectively utilizing methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium,MTT) Act,intracellular lactate dehydrogenase(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH) assay,Hoechst staining and other means of comprehensive experimental determination of cell damage and apoptosis.Results MES 23.5 cells treated with MPP+,its survival rate decreased,its LDH release increased,the nuclei appeared condensed stained deeply,compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P0.05);resveratrol pretreated by MPP + treatment,the result is to increase cell viability,to decrease LDH release,to mitigate nuclear change,and comparing with MPP+ treatment group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Effects of resveratrol on MPP+ induced MES 23.5 cell injury has a protective effect,and its mechanism connected with anti-apoptosis.
