Effects of Gantaile injection on the metabolism of acetaminophen in mice

Objective: To study the effect of Gantaile On the metabolism of acetaminophen in mice. Methods: The concentrations of plasma acetaminophen,and urinary acetaminophen,glucuronideacetaminophen and sulfate-acetaminophen were measured by HPLC. Results: The pharmacokinetics parameters and composition of urinary excretion products of acetaminophen in mice were unchanged. Conclusions: Gantaile cannot reduce the toxicity of acetaminophen in mice.
