The impact of four molding methods of pervious concrete on its water permeability coefficient and compressive strength was dis-cussed in this paper. Results showed that with the vibrating time prolonged and the compaction pressure augmented, pervious concrete's water per-meability coefficient fell down gradually while its compressive strength increased initially and then decreased.Hand compaction method presented higher water permeability coefficient but lower compressive strength, whereas vibrating compressing method outstood in both the two aspects.Compressing method and vibrating method can serve as laboratory molding methods of pervious concrete mix proportion.Parameters of construc-tion techniques and equipments for pervious concrete pavements depended on the laboratory experiments results.
