Comparison of lysis of red blood cells induced by platycodins and prosapogenins

Results of observation on rabbit blood showed that platycodins and prosapogenins had hemolysis to red blood cell.The hemolysis ratio curve showed S type in shape.It meant that the hemolysis rate was not uniform.The hemolysis ra- tio of platycodins is smaller than prosapogenins.
