The heat sinking of high power LED arrays integrated with microchannel cooler was designed.Based on the cooler with the structure of straight fins in microchannel,factors affecting its thermal resistance were analyzed theoretically,and the structure parameters were optimized.It is indicated that an optimum channel width can be obtained to minimize the cooler's thermal resistance.Variations of the structure parameters of the microchannel cooler and LED's thermal resistance with the pressure available to pump the coolant are simulated by MATLAB software,and the relation curves are presented.
