Fertility-sparing treatment for atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To compare the effectiveness and safety of fertility‐preserving treatments, including pharmacological interventions (e.g. oral progesterone, levonorgestrel IUS, metformin) and bariatric surgery, for atypical endometrial hyperplasia and presumed stage IA grade 1 endometrioid endometrial cancer.
