Thermal Diffusivity Measurements of Li 2 B 4 O 7 and KNbO 3 Solution by Laser Flash Method

The thermal diffusivities of Li 2 B 4 O 7 +KNbO 3 (20 wt%) solution have been determined at temperatures between 900°C and 990°C using a three-layered laser flash method on the differential scheme. The thermal diffusivity of this Li 2 B 4 O 7 and KNbO 3 solution ranges from 3.6. × 10 -3 cm 2 /s to 4.1 × 10 -3 cm 2 /s. A positive temperature dependence of thermal diffusivity of solution is obtained.
