Innovation team of memory system impact studies

By manipulating task types and virtual team cooperation type,a simulated task team by way of internet was conducted to investigate the Influence research on the Transactive Memory(TM) based on the coherence between Innovation Team corporation and task trait.The results showed that:①the coherence between Innovation Team corporation and task trait has substantial influence on TM;②With the continue cumulating and reconstruction of TM,the Innovation Team has a good control of the balance between the relationship and the cognition collide,show the rational side and in turn deserve the effective TM knowledge,which is different from the real team.
