This article is about Vibrio parahaemolyticus BJ1.1997 and Vibrio parahaemolyticus BJ1.1616 which were respectively induced in oligotrophic(Artificial seawater,Seawater) conditions and eutrophic conditions(TSB-3% NaCl) at low temperatures(4 ℃).The results showed that both of them could reach the viable but nonculturable(VBNC) state. And this VBNC state of strains is non-pathogenic on mice.Different methods, such as temperature upshift etc, were used for resuscitating from this state.Growth curves, physiological and biochemical indexes and virulence genes of resuscitated strains were detected. The results showed that some strains could resuscitate successfully. The physiological and biochemical indexes and virulence genes of resuscitated strains were the same as standard strains. But the growth activity of resuscitated V.p A7F(resuscitated in Vibrio parahaemolyticus BJ1.1997)strains had a slight decrease. The urease and virulence gene for trh had a negative reaction. This study provided the theoretical basis for the research of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in VBNC state and food safety control.
