Optimization of an Online Bidding System of Colleges

The analysis of the characteristic of university equipment purchase shows that online bidding of procurement is an effective way to standardize scattered sporadic procurement in colleges. The online bidding of procurement has achieved good results,but there also arise some problems in actual practice. In view of the present situation and these problems,this paper puts forward some solutions and countermeasures to improve the bidding system and to promote the healthy and scientific development of university procurement.
