TA2 industrially pure titanium was processed by friction stir under different rotational speed(475 r/min,600 r/min and 750 r/min) and processing speed(47.5 mm/min,60 mm/min).The processing temperature,microstructure and hardness were analyzed in detail.The results indicate that the friction stir processing refines equiaxial grains.The greatest effect factor on processing temperature and microstructure is rotational speed,the influence of processing speed is smaller,the hardness of stir zone has no obvious change when processing speed and rotational speed change.
