Brief Introduction to SNP Database

It's very important for elucidating mechanisms of diseases, screening subpopnlation susceptible to certain environmental factor to study the most generic genetic variations-single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), and the SNP databases are important tools required for our study of SNP. In this paper, we give a brief introduction of commonly used SNP database.
