摘要
Procrastination can be considered a type of self-regulatory failure that can hinder our ability to achieve our goals, particularly when it comes to tasks, which we find unpleasant. Studies have shown that task aversiveness is positively related to procrastination. However, current task management tools do not take into account the affective preferences of users. As a result, we have designed an interface for an affective task management application that automatically prioritizes tasks prone to procrastination based on the user's affective preferences and task type. In addition, the design of this interface also aims to serve as a tool for measuring and gathering data on user procrastination behavior, as well as its relationship to affective preferences and task type. These collected data can be analyzed to potentially predict future procrastination behavior and even generate personalized predictions.
