74 | A MULTICENTER PHASE II STUDY OF GLOFITAMAB PLUS POLATUZUMAB‐R‐CHP FOR PATIENTS WITH HIGH‐RISK DIFFUSE LARGE B‐CELL LYMPHOMA

Conclusions: Glofit-pola-R-CHP resulted in a high CR rate meeting the prespecified primary endpoint in pts with newly diagnosed DLBCL, and without new safety signals.When glofit was added after C2 of chemoimmunotherapy, CRS was uncommon and low grade.Further evaluation of this regimen is warranted.
