Organic ammonium chloride salt incorporated SnO2electron transport layers for improving the performance of perovskite solar cells

A modification strategy of the SnO 2 ETLs by incorporating an organic ammonium chloride salt, PACl, to the commercial SnO 2 colloidal solution is presented. A PCE up to 22.27% is achieved on the n-i-p planar PSCs based on the PACl incorporated SnO 2 ETLs.
