摘要
In order to more accurately evaluate the human-machine interaction efficiency of the command and control system, this article establishes an evaluation index system based on the three elements of human-machine interaction (air battle managers, command and control system, and interaction equipment). The entropy weight method is used to assign weights to each index, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method is used to comprehensively evaluate the two types of command and control systems. Finally, The GOMS model is used to verify the evaluation method from the aspects of task completion efficiency, cognitive load of the ABMs, etc. The results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, which provides a scientific and convenient evaluation method for human-computer interaction effectiveness of the command and control system.
