Evaluation and continual using countermeasures of groundwater resources in Dali County

Dali County is the most economically prosperous region in Guanzhong basin,but the further growth of it's economy is constrained because of the shortage of water resources. Based on geological and hydro geological conditions,we evaluated and analyzed groundwater resources from the point of factors that affect the formation of groundwater. The results showed that total resources of groundwater is 3.08×108m3/a,hereinto drinkable resources of groundwater is 1.1×108m3/a,and this is only 35.6% of total resources of groundwater. Combined with parallel analysis or dimensional exploitation and using characteristic,we evaluated and analyzed groundwater resources. The result indicated that the exploitation and using model of water resources are out of place.
