Objective To investigate the changes of lipoprotein(a) and oxidized low-density lipoprotein level in coronary heart disease patients and their clinical value. Methods Selected 65 coronary heart disease patients in our hospital as research objects, and the other 25 cases were selected as healthy control group, serum lipoprotein(a) ,oxidized low-density lipoprotein protein(ox-LDL) and other lipid levels were measured in both groups, and the results were analyzed. Results Lp(a) and ox-LDL level in various clinical types of CHD group were significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Lp(a) and ox-LDL levels of coronary heart disease patients were significantly increased, the combined detection of lipoprotein(a) and ox-LDL is important to predict the incidence of coronary heart disease.
