The clinical analysis research of 124 cases of aged community acquired pneumonia

Objective To study of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia(CAP) in patients with pathogenic strains of species,for the treatment of CAP patients to provide experience and method.Methods 124 cases of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia cases detailed understanding of,and all patients with sputum bacterial culture,analysis of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia pathogenic bacteria distribution.Results 124 cases of community acquired pneumonia in the aged patients with infection of bacterial distribution:39 cases with Streptococcus pneumonia,Staphylococcus aureus in 11 patients,of Klebsiella pneumonia in 8 cases,9 cases with Mycoplasma pneumonia,Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 14 cases,12 cases were Escherichia coli,Haemophilus influenzae in 2 patients,sputum culture negative in 29 cases.And pathogenic bacteria in Streptococcus pneumonia(31.45%),significantly more than other kinds of pathogens,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia pathogenic bacteria,mainly in Streptococcus pneumoniae mainly.
