Simultaneous determination of preservatives、 antioxidants and bactericides in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography gradient elution

A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) gradient elution method was proposed for the simultaneous(determination) of(preservatives,)(antioxidants) and(bactericides) in(cosmetics.) A C_8(column) and a(binary)(mobile)(phase) of(methanol) and(water) were used.A photo-diode array(detector) was(used) to(detect) the(compositions) at(wavelength) of 273 nm.The(whole)(process) was(performed)(within) 17 min.The(proposed)(method) was(accurate) and(rapid) with wide(linear)(range) and(reliable)(results.) It has been(applied) to(detect) the real(sample) with(satisfactory)(results.)
