The measures of reducing the acetic acid unit consumption

The reasons that causing high acetic acid unit consumption were analysed.It is pointed out that the over inflammation of acetic acid is the main factor that leading to the high acetic acid unit consumption.The unit consumption of acetic acid can be reduced by two measures.These two measures are reducing the mixture feed catalyst concentration in the reactor and adding methy1 acetate to the reactor.
