Review of 146 Samples Reported with Adverse Drug Reactions

Aim Analyzing the reasons for ADR(adverse drug reaction),promoting clinical doctors choose reasonable safe and effective drug.Methods 146 cases of ADRs collected from 2008 in our hospital were classified,analysis and evaluated.Results Anti-infection drugs frequently cause ADR,that is 77%.The intravenous medication was the main route of medication resulting in ADRs.Many organs are in involved in ADR,skin diseases are the most common.Conclusions Prompts clinical doctors keep strictly with indication,promote rational drug use and reduce ADR.
