Effect of Separation Parts of the Morchella on Survival Rate of Organization and Mycelia Growth Situation

This paper discussed the effect of different body parts of the Morchella costata(pileus,the combine part of pileus and stipe,root of the morchella)on survival rate of organization and mycelia growth situation.The experimental material came from Shanxi Province Fangshan county.The result showed that the survival rate of organization of the combine part of pileus and stipe was highest,the second was root of the Morchella,the lowest was pileus.The separation organization of root of Morchella germinated was the fastest.The growth potential,density and evenness of mycelia from the combine part of pileus and stipe were the best,root of the Morchella was the second,and that of pileus of the Morchella was the worst.The density of mycelia was significantly different.The average growth rate of the mycelia showed that the combine part of pileus and stiperoot of Morchellapileus.
