Experience on Reducing Aluminium for Washing Furnace When changing Melted 3××× and 5××× Aluminium Alloy to Purity Aluminium

aluminium alloy are produced in the new meltingcasting department.The furnace must be washed before producing the aluminium alloys turn to the pure aluminium,and the amount of washing furnace material is twenty-five tons.It is shown in that the chemical composition of the washing furnace material doesn't match the standard of the pure aluminium such as1100so that they can't be used for pruducing for the products.It can obtain the same results after reduce the amount of washing furnace material from25t to5t.And the produceetive cost will be reduced dramatically.
