Study of the Performance of Copper Anodes in Copper Sulphate Plating Bath

The electrochemical behaviors of copper anodes with different P content used for acidic sulfate copper plating were studied by anodic polarization curve and cyclic volamimetry. The results showed that the low P content copper anode have batter effect than the high P content copper anode and pure copper anode.
