Liquid Phase Epitaxy of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x Superconducting Films by the Tipping Method

Epitaxial film of Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 O 8+ x was successfully grown onto the (001)-oriented NdGaO 3 substrate by tipping liquid phase epitaxial method using a Bi-rich solution as self-flux. The resistivity curve is metallic, with 6 K wide transition and zero resistivity at 85 K.
