Lagochilus macracanthus was the endemic species of Labiatae family in Iran. In this study the morpholo gical and micromorphological structure of vegetative and repr oductive organs, nutlet, pollen and anatomical stru cture of leaves and trichomes micromorphology of stems, leav es, calyx and spines were survived with light micro scope and scanning electron microscope. Variations in leaf sh ape in this species were existing. In the tip of leaves and calyx small spine could be seen. Pollen surface was retic ulate with pores which produced by tectate exine st ructure. The seed of this species was elliptic nutlet that its dorsal surface was convex with outstanding decoratio ns and ventral surface V shape with reticulate structure associate d by micro pores on it. Leaf cross-section structur e was isobilateral and the main vein vascular system was crescent shape. Nine different types of trichomes i and reproductive organs could be seen, which divide d into two main groups of glandular and non-glandul ar (simplified) trichomes. Glandular trichomes were se en as: peltate, capitates and digitated and non-gla ndular hairs were uni or bi-celled with thin or thick wall.
