摘要
The effects of the inorganic situ doping of Na-MMT on the phase morphology, thermal properties and mechanical properties of DAPA nylon copolymers were investigated. The results show that addition of Na-MMT promoted the formation of the γ crystal phase and increased the crystal content of them caused by heterogeneous nucleation effect of stripped Na-MMT layer structure. It greatly increased tensile properties and flexural properties of DAPA/Na-MMT nanocomposite. Therefore, the tensile and flexural strength as well as flexural modulus achieved 15.4, 9.84, 192.3 MPa, while elongation and IZOD notched impact strength decreased. The decomposition reaction process of DAPA/Na-MMT nanocomposite was still one-step, and the maximum endothermic peak of the decomposition process of DAPA/Na-MMT nanocomposite shifted to high temperature region.
