Super-resolution imaging of mitochondrial cristae using a more hydrophobic far-red Si-rhodamine probe

Under super-resolution imaging conditions, this high hydrophobic far-red probe with a perfluoroalkyl chain revealed the changes clearly in mitochondrial cristae morphology during autophagy induced by starvation or apoptosis.
