摘要
This paper studied how artificial intelligence (AI) technology adoption affected AI product development performance through promoting AI knowledge integration, and took 113 AI product R &D teams from China as studied samples for empirical study. Structural equation modeling tested results suggest that (1) AI technology adoption has direct positive effect on R &D team’s AI knowledge integration including AI internal knowledge integration and AI external knowledge integration, and AI product development performance significantly; (2) AI knowledge integration including AI internal knowledge integration and AI external knowledge integration has direct positive effect on AI product development performance significantly, and mediates the relationship between AI technology adoption and AI product development performance.
