摘要
3D displays are expected to be the future technology for displaying high-realistic images. In particular, the realization of 3D displays without 3D glasses is highly expected. We proposed a method to realize a high-quality 360-degree personal 3D display with a simple optical structure without 3D glasses. The proposed method applies retroreflection and narrow-angle diffusion, which is advantageous for image quality and structure. We developed the tentative prototype for the optical experiment. Using the prototype, we have shown the feasibility of our method and detailed design directions from optical projection verification and luminance distribution measurement using a prototype.
