Endometrial carcinoma is the most prevalent kind of gynecological tumor in high-income countries. Abnormal bleeding is a common symptom of endometrial cancer, which begins in the uterine lining (endometrium) and is often detected at an early stage. Nanotherapeutic delivery systems for cancer allow for a significant amount of the medication present in the nearby region of the tumor while yet evading the body's defense mechanisms. Electrochemical immunosensor based on bio-nanocomposites with high specificity and no label are described for endometriosis diagnosis. A bio-nanocomposite consisting of multiwalled carbon nanotubes and magnetite nanoparticles was developed to detect carbohydrate antigen 19-9, a possible biomarker for endometriosis diagnosis. Cancer antigen 125 is the most important blood sign for the diagnosis and treatment of advanced endometriosis. The electrochemical deposition of conductive metal gold nanoparticles and a reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite have been reported for the detection of cancer antigen 125 in endometrial blood serum samples electrometrically. In light of the tremendous potential of nanocomposites, this chapter offers fresh perspectives on the application of metal nanocomposites to endometrial cancer diagnostics and therapy.
